Dr. Patel

Dr. Pritesh Patel, DO, is a double board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management specialist at Spine & Pain Institute of Texas. At the practice in DeSoto, Texas, he provides comprehensive care for a variety of pain conditions. Dr. Patel earned his Bachelor of Science in biological chemistry from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine. Upon graduating, he completed a traditional rotating internship at St. Petersburg General Hospital in Florida before completing his anesthesiology residency at University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in Texas. He then pursued an ACGME accredited interventional pain medicine fellowship at the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Patel is licensed to practice in the state of Texas as a physician and surgeon. He is currently accepting new patients.
